With the holidays fast approaching, consider purchasing gift cards through
Scrip to a choice of many stores, restaurants or hotels. By doing so, you
save yourself time and gas by not having to run around trying to find the
perfect gift for someone while at the same time earn extra money for the
church. For example, if you purchase a $100.00 gift card to Giant Eagle
through Scrip, the church would receive $4.00; or a $25.00 gift card to
Olive Garden/Red Lobster/Bahama Breeze/Longhorn Steakhouse, the church
would receive $2.25.
The beauty of Scrip is you can earn extra money for the
church by purchasing gift cards through Scrip for your own personal
shopping needs and dining pleasure too. And
remember, if you buy Giant Eagle gift cards through Scrip, you receive
fuel perks when you use the cards to purchase groceries, prescriptions or
other gift cards and the church receives a credit from Scrip of 4% of the
value.
Stop by the Information booth for an order form that lists
the local participating merchants. Orders are placed on the first and
third Monday’s of each month and the cards are available the following
